  5. The Secure Notes Organizer is a trial program. This means:

  8.    All copyrights to Secure Notes Organizer are exclusively owned by 
  9. SecureAction Research.

  11.    Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. 
  12. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to 
  13. continue to use Secure Notes Organizer, you MUST register.

  16.    Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license 
  17. to use Secure Notes Organizer on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), 
  18. for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered Secure Notes Organizer 
  19. software may not be rented or leased but may be permanently 
  20. transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of 
  21. this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must 
  22. include the update and all previous versions. 
  23.    The Secure Notes Organizer  unregistered trial version may be 
  24. freely distributed provided the distribution package is not 
  25. modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the 
  26. distribution of Secure Notes Organizer  without written permission 
  27. from the copyright holder.

  29.    Secure Notes Organizer  IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY
